2016 & 2018 EVENT: Gorilla Glue & o'keeffe's Tug of War

Tug of War was an Olympic Sport from 1900 to 1920. USA last won the gold in the 1904 games but failed to defeat Great Britain and Sweden in the '08, '12, and '20 games. The Tug of War International Federation, or TWIF, has a 61 page rule book. Our rules will be a few sentences.
Rules: Co-ed teams of six (must consist of at least three females. Teams could consist of 4 women and 2 men but not 4 men and 2 women). Rope will have a flag tied at the center. Three markers will be placed on the ground. One at the center and the other two 12 feet from the center marker (they will be 24' apart - see below image). The game begins with the flag next to the center stake. The teams must be separated by 24 feet centered on the middle ground marker. Gloves and chalk will not be permitted for hands. Teams will not be able to pull at the same spot each time.
To lose
1) Allow the flag to be pulled past your opponent's marker or stake.
To Win
1) Pull the flag past your ground marker or stake.
Co-Ed Age Groups: 2 - Youth (age 7-13) and Adults (14 and older)
Qualifying Co-Ed Teams Per Neighborhood: 2 - First Place per Age Group will qualify
Maximum Qualifying Participants Per Neighborhood: 12 - (6 youth and 6 adult)
